Passionate with the world of cooking, Chef Jason Kacprzak has accumulated more than twelve years of experience. Graduating from Bishop’s University with a Bachelor’s in Physics, with a chance of doing a Masters in Mechanical engineering, he decided to follow his true passion; cooking. Taking the non traditional route Chef Jason Kacprzak worked his way up the ladder the hard way.
From Bromont, Quebec and descendent from a Polish family, he decided that he would launch his career in Sherbrooke. The reason for opening his own Restaurant is because he saw what the public was lacking; unique choices and quality of local food. This is why with all his experience Chef Jason Kacprzak is proud to offer you his pride and joy, Bistro Kapzak, home cooking with a modern European flare.
